If something happened on its way to you, or it’s not quite what you were expecting for whatever reason, we will work with you to correct any issue to ensure you have an exceptional experience with us.
- You must read and agree to our shipping policy prior to placing your order to ensure you understand our refund and return policy
- If you no longer need the product or there is nothing wrong with it from how we describe it before shipping, you will be fully responsible for shipping it back to us and you will only be refunded the product total and not the shipping cost.

- While sorting out any problems you may have, please be prepared to take pictures of your issues with the product for us to fully understand your case
- We photograph each of our products prior to shipping to be able to match it with the product later, if the problem you may have occurred on your end and doesn’t match with our photo, that can potentially null and void this policy, unless it happened in transit to where it would be the full discretion of our shipping provider
- We ensure our products are of superior quality; however any possible stains, scratches or marks that happen to the product after its arrival may nullify this policy. We would work with you to help fix it though
